Ace that phone interview!

Not all job interviews take place face-to-face. Some companies use phone interviews to screen out candidates before inviting a select few into the office for a personal interview. Most companies considering an out-of-town candidate utilize the phone to whittle candidates to very few, or even just one, to fly in for the entire on-site hiring process.
