Check out Brazen Careerist's new "social idea-based resumes"

Here's a new twist on the plain vanilla resume: the social idea-based resume. Today Brazen Careerist launched this new tool for leveling the playing field between fresh grads with little experience but tons of potential and competing job seekers with years of experience.
